Shipping policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 6 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Team Global Express. We do our best to get any stocked items out the same day if an order is placed by Midday or the following business day. If you prefer delivery by Express or Premium Service an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Physical addresses are preferred ( not PO Boxes ) as items will be sent via courier in most cases.
Items are automatically marked as authority to leave. ( ATL )
It is required that the courier leave the item in a safe place if no safe place is available, they should make contact with the customer.
We work to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched / booked in for delivery.
In some cases there may be unexpected delays which are out of our control. In these rare circumstances we will notify you (the customer via email) to keep you updated with info about the delay.
Items that are pre-order or have expected arrival dates, are only approximate dates. Please allow for slight variances in times/dates.
Special care is taken to protect all items including fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and padded within where needed.
Please note, that freight charges are calculated by cubic dimensions and priced accordingly. We have tried to retrieve the best possible freight charges available. Due to the majority of our items being large in size, we unfortunately can not offer free postage like some other businesses may be able to do. Being based in a regional area, our options for services are slightly limited in comparison to city based businesses.
In a case of an item arriving damaged, please email us at sales@forum4collections.com.au
Please include a photo of the damaged item and please try to inform us at your earliest convenience, preferably within 3 days of its arrival. We will come to a resolution to deal with the issue as quickly as possible. This may be done in the form of a replacement of the damaged goods, credit, alternative product or full refund. We do require a photo of the item and packaging for us to resolve the issue. We will also file a case with Team Global Express, however insurance isn't offered within the general freight costs, so if you do require insurance please email us before purchasing.
Returns are accepted if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. All items are pre-checked before being dispatched. Please contact us to sort any returns that may be needed. Unfortunately there is no return for a change of mind item. All items have the best possible photo / descriptions available.
Please note: some items will state in the description if they require a longer processing time, as we have only a selected small group of items that may need to be custom made or ordered in a required.
